Home Showings
Throughout the years of helping our clients, We have gained the experience and expertise necessary to make the home buying and selling inspection process as seamless as possible. When the in person home inspection is over, we will send you a 30 to 50 page readable inspection report within 72 hours. Welcome to Closing Home Inspections LLC.
We conduct every Home Inspection according to the Massachusetts Standard of Practice.
Here are the steps:
1.) Reach out by giving us a call or using our contact form and schedule an appointment.
2.) We'll send an email confirming your appointment, pricing and a copy of the inspection agreement.
3.) Complete inspection on your scheduled appointment date
4.) Report will be in your hands within 48-72 hours after inspection.
*For pricing, please respond with address, type of property (single family, multifamily with number of units and square footage.
